Left Singapore after allegedly stealing bag at Jewel

According to the police, they were alerted to a case of shop theft allegedly committed by the accused at around 4:28pm on May 29.

The complainant reported that a bag had gone missing from a retail outlet located at Jewel Changi Airport.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the retail supervisor found out about the missing bag following stock-taking.

When police reviewed the surveillance camera footage, the accused was seen taking the item and leaving the shop without paying.

Although the police established his identity at the time, the accused had already departed Singapore.

Stolen items recovered from accused

On Jun. 1, the accused was in transit at Changi Airport when he was arrested by officers from the airport police division.

The officers also conducted a search on his belongings, through which they found several unaccounted items in his possession.

Through follow-up investigations and with the aid of CCTV camera footage, officers established that the accused had allegedly taken various items from 13 other shops in Jewel Changi Airport and the transit area of Changi Airport terminals without paying.

The items, which included perfumes, cosmetics, and bags, had a total value of S$5,136.

They were recovered from the accused's possession.

No wonder Mustafa shopping dept store knows their own kind cannot be trusted and must cable tie every bag brought into the store.

He's not just dishonest he's also a dumbfuck for returning to the scene of the crime.

There are numerous news reports and videos detailing shoplifting by Indian travellers from airports all over the world. If these Indian nationals can afford to travel, why can't they afford to pay for their purchases from duty free stores?

During several shopping trips to Mustafa Centre, I noticed well dressed Indians as well as migrant workers being escorted away by police officers. Shop theft must be extremely common in that store.

The Indian shop owner knows their own kind well.

Nothing new. The CECAs in my office were chatting about how they cheat in university exams in India and they all seem very proud of who can cheat best. Only FUCKING PAP is BLIND!
Indians were brought up in a different cut throat culture back in their homeland. I recall the cheating case when Diego Maradona used his hand to score a goal in a World Cup football game in 1986. The Argentines felt absolutely no guilt, and some even gloated at using unfair methods to win that deceived the referee, as shrewd. Their opponents England were up in arms as they felt Argentina were ungentlemanly. Even the culprit justified his cheating as "The Hand of God" i.e. God wanted to help him and Argentina in that manner!

Once again because he is a foreigner….gag order and no names allowed because will embarrass the shops.
