I hope someone is doing some studies to show how much these now-normal, now almost daily-breakdowns of the trains in our super efficient transport system. It is more than just the thousands of commuters who are directly affected, but that of the workforce when a member (or two) goes missing. Plus the water-cooler chats of their adventures of getting a bus, taxi or trishaw.
