if baey yam keng can forsake and desert queenstown, he can do the same with tampines.

in queenstown, residents are now being compelled to pay for upgrading of UPGRADED LIFTS fr upgraded precinct which the town councils overlooked the importance of a PROPER UPGRADED LIFTS that would stop LEVEL at every floor.
is that fair to force us to pay again? every residents had already paid dearly for the precinct upgrading but many were short-changed when towncouncils overlooked this LEVEL LIFTS issue. and now we are made to pay for their complacency.
baey is NOT honest with us. he could ve initiated the lifts upgrading when he was ushered in fr the last GE cos then the costs involved would be very much cheaper.
you ve to look at the timing. he's doing this very close to GE. in fact, if we look around us, many important works were put on hold and only activated when the GE is closing by.
that's baey. that's the pap warped strategy, i.e, to WIN WARDs and manipulating and exploiting such action to their perverted obsession.
