The joy of peering into the Red Packet, smelling the fresh notes and adding them all up at the end of the day is one of the most fulfilling experience for any child. Most parents will keep the Ang Pao money and say “Mummy will save it for you”.

I was in a reunion Chinese New Year gathering with my friends one week ago and many shared worries about their children’s future. A new study by the McKinsey Global Institute estimates that between 400 million and 800 million of today’s jobs will be automated by 2030.
