Man exposes himself, then flashes knife

When asked to pay for his coffee, a man in his 50s pulled down his pants and exposed himself to the female drinks stall operator.
She ignored him, turning around and feigning ignorance.
He then picked up a knife, pointed it at her and threatened her at the coffee shop.
He also punched two men, the owner of the fried carrot cake stall and a customer.
The police later arrived and arrested him.
