Sebastian Teo? Or our gung ho protestor CSJ? Who amongst them have suitable economic, domestic anf foreign policies ready?

Protests and demonstrations are the inevitable outcome in any authoritarian, dictatorial regime that denies the people their rights to be heard. In Singapore everything is under the total control of a despot for whose family benefits the entire state apparatus, including the judiciary, the police, the civil service, the mainstream media, has been perverted to serve.

About this problem, i dont think that such things would happen. Singapore is such a small country where conflicts are extremely easy to control and the PAP has total control of one of the smallest nations in the world. From changi to Tuas everything is the same. people are not divided by physical regions or culture. even a kid can run singapore.
The collapse of singapore is happening already.It comes from within the establishment. soon, it is inevitable there would be non-violent changes as a new group will emerge. How much participation the people on the ground want in these changes will depend on them. they can bo chap and soon we will go back to the old dictatorship of the PAP.
I dont think that there would be any protests or demand of the toppling of the government. In singapore, even if the government is bad, the people still know. Laws are laws, they are here to be followed. That is why our country is probably the best country in the world.

From the state of things, it looks like CSJ.

JBJ - not possible unless he can outlive his life

LTK, CST - these guys have done nothing all this time, they are contented just to collect pension. No interest in toppling or leading.

GMS, NEJ, etc - These guys have a net presence, probably aspire to be an opposition politician but they are not yet MP or leader of a opposition party. Write them off for now until their status changed.

So no one else in the picture, the only one left standing is CSJ. Not that he has no dirty linen but there is no one else.
