PEASANTPORE: Bed occupancy in the loss making intensive care units (ICU) of public hospitals has risen from 26 per cent to 53 per cent over the last three full moons, said Senior Minion of Regime for Health Jalan Puthucheary in Imperial Court on Monday (Oct 4).
