All it took was a broad smile and a wave from President Hu Jintao to make a 21-year old student Gao Weihua break into tears. Mr Gao, part of Chinese delegation in the Apec 'Voices of the Future' programme, was with three countrymen to welcome the Chinese leader on Friday.
