I saw a clean freak in hawker Center. She ordered take away food but eat at the hawker

The melamine plates and bowls at some hawker stalls and food centres are old and dirty.
The cutlery, plates, and bowls are not properly washed.
Or insects and lizards could have crawled over them in the night.
Takeaway food is in unopened plastic bags or boxes.
Same for disposable spoons and chopsticks.
More should follow her to force the government, hawkers, and the food centre operators to improve the hygiene standard.
