Well, from this Sammyboy Forum to EDMW to others, lots of people seems happy that the Old Fart is dying or soon to be gone.
Surely, as fellow humans, we should not behave like this. It is just not right.
The Old Fart did many things, some right, some wrong. He has helped some, destroyed others in his grab for political power and wealth.
No one can categorically say he is good or evil. PAP supporters will say that he is a Saint, while Haters call him Devil and will open champagne at the announcement of his passing.
Whatever it is, I wish him well. Thankyou for the good things while no thanks for the problems like FTs, High crime rate, casinos, loansharks, high cost of living, Mrt failures, etc etc.
For the sake of my children, we need to have alternative party. PAP in-breeding has showed signs of rotting and this 1-Party Rule is not the way to go if we are going to have a chance to celebrate SG100.
My Precious Vote Still Goes to Opposition in next GE.
