lst they increase the conservancy charges to a ridiculous percentage - from $36 previously to the present $42.50 or 18% increase. then today i got a letter from MINISTRY OF NATIOAL DEVELOPMENT with this header:

REBATES ON SERVICE AND CONSERVANCY CHARGES FOR HBD HOUSEHOLDS

now wtf is that!!?? what rebates?? rebate is a ONCE OFF. the increment is PERMANENT. why can't they reduce instead of increase? the bangalas are doing the same routine works daily. is there anything extra, new and "very expensive" they are doing?

i cannot understand why the increase, can you?

our gahmen is very shrewd businessman. they grasp our balls and we cannot do anything except to whine the towncouncil is like being turned into a money churning machine with millions in their sinking fund. i think it's called "sinking" cos they sink the residents and burden them unnecessary

sometime, not say i wanna say, staying in landed property is so much better. there's no carpark mthly fee, definitely no conservancy charges, no damn and darn pinoys and pinays as neighbours and definitely no noisy bitchy PRCs and all those unwanted foreign verimins.....

i only gotta handle one person: the monster-in-law (mother-in-law) :p
