HK have such laws. How come Singapore dun have?

If the people who donate to CHC says they decided not to charge Kong Hee and the rest.

Can all of their charges be dropped? In HK is possible.

But not in Singapore! Our laws still got a long way to go!

CHC is a registered charity, and a recipient of govt funds. It is bound by the Charities Act. So it's not up to the congregation to decide.
