4,000 addicts created is just like going to war to kill 4,000 enemy soldiers w just 400 bullets is enough before even a single bullet is fired...

This is not a good leadership.... never been to a single war and be promoted to BG in the army...

So shd this BG be hanged to assume he will caused 4,000 of his army soldiers to die becos he has no fought a single war before...
