6/22/2015 - Thursday, June 11, a delegation of Singapore paid a visit at the Cameri Air Base.
The delegation, headed by Mr. Tan Peng Yam, Chief of the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) of Singapore, was accompanied by Brigadier General Pasquale Montegiglio Area of the General Secretariat of Defense and the General Directorate of Armaments.
On arrival, the foreign delegation was welcomed, on behalf of the Inspector General Lucio Bianchi, Head of the Multipurpose Center Aircraft Aerotattici (Ce.Po.VA), Colonel Carlo Uberti, Head of Core Initial Formation (NIF) JSF Cameri .
The delegation then attended an introductory briefing, held by the Head of the NIF, regarding the reality of Ce.Po.VA and "Final Assembly and Check Out" (FACO) addressed the assembly of the aircraft F35 / Joint Strike Fighter ( JSF).
The visit continued in the installation FACO, where the delegation has tested the business going.
Mr. Tan Peng Yam, in signing the Honor Roll, wanted to express words of satisfaction with the high level reached by the aerospace industry and Italian Air Force.
