How to restore plugins using Mozilla firefox browser

Theres a plug-in logo at the address browser when i opened YouTube website. Accidentally i clicked on Never activate plugins for this site. Now i cant watch any video clip over at YouTube. Can any IT savvy help? How to restore it back?:o
