(2) How PAP Govt screw up the long-term future of Singapore & Singaporeans
2.1 The PAP Govt’s cunningly-clever Political Sins are too numerous to list down.
But two such PAP Political Sins stand out as causing the MOST UNTOLD LONG-TERM damage to Singapore (The Nation) and Singaporeans (The People).
Unable to credibly win the “hearts and minds” of the People through HUMILITY, SINCERITY and ABILITY, the increasingly-desperate PAP had to resort to these two deplorable cunningly-clever political ploys to “maintain its hold” on the People so as to “ensure its political longevity”:
(a) PAP Politics of FEAR:
As in the cunningly-clever use of the law as a political weapon (through liberal resort to defamation lawsuits) to silence differing/dissenting views of the People.
This has led to the PAP-induced Political Cancer* (commonly known as “Fear of Speaking Up”) that has afflicted the vast majority of Singaporeans for almost half-a-century.

As in the cunningly-clever control/manipulation of the Mainstream Media to dish out mostly “feel-good news” so as to “brain-wash and make brain-dead” as many Singaporeans as possible — thus turning Singapore into a Pathetic And Pathetic (PAP) Nation of “unthinking and unquestioning” yes-man people i.e. yes-man journalists, yes-man bureaucrats, yes-man citizens, yes-man unionised workers….

If too many Singaporeans get to read the “good, bad and ugly news”, they will become politically-mature and self-reliant — as both traits will potentially threaten the political longevity of the Almighty Arrogant PAP !!!
The PAP Govt clearly do not give a damn that “unthinking and unquestioning” citizens will not be able to confidently face the many possible National Challenges that lay ahead for Little Red Dot Singapore.
2.2 At every Singapore General Elections, there are always fear-mongering PAP politicians who will warn/threaten Singapore Voters that if they vote for the Opposition, they will be voting in “a Dud Govt that will do Singapore in” (infamous words of that famous Octogenarian Politician, who will soon reach his “expiry date” on Planet Earth).

The PAP Arrogant/Autocratic/Authoritarian style of Political Governance, as manifested in this deplorable/disgraceful/disgusting Political Mindset:

(a) A Competently-Clever CARING Government is one that will do its utmost to SERVE THE PEOPLE through keeping the COST OF LIVING at affordable levels by providing basic social services — such as housing, education, healthcare, transport, security — at lowest-possible and cost-efficient prices/charges.
(b) A Cunningly-Clever UNCARING Government (which will do Singapore in) is one that will think of many cunningly-clever ways to “milk as much of the people’s hard-earned monies as possible”
— such as “do HDB flatbuyers in” through pricing supposedly low-cost public-housing new flats at a cleverly-disguised profit using the cunningly-clever and misleading word of “market subsidy”.
(3) PAP Self-Delusional Self-Praise Finally Shattered
– (AFTER the Mas Selamat Great Escape Monumental Blunder)
After 8 days of embarassed DEAD SILENCE following the escape:
MM Lee Kuan Yew commented on the incident for the first time, saying Mas Selamat’s escape is a “VERY SEVERE lesson in COMPLACENCY. It shows that it is a fallacy, it is stupid to believe we are infallible. WE ARE NOT INFALLIBLE. One mistake and we’ve got a big explosion in our midst. So let’s not take this LIGHTLY.” (ST 8 Mar 2008)
