For me, I don't wash them at all throughout their lifespan. They don't really stink as I always spray shoe deodorizer and insert the deodorant ball after my runs?

KNN my uncle don't have any running shoes to wash he only have slippers and fish market sandals don't need wash KNN

Of course I do. Indoor Sandals also a must for my home and I have an idiosyncrasy... No lying on the bed unless I have taken a shower or bath.
