I doubt married and give birth may not be sufficient.
after give birth unless husband very rich (tax department will know as the husband has yearly tax assessment)
else the wife must shows she is capable of earning a decent living (employed, start a small business...)
I have seen a few not that rich family with foreign wife with kids the wife still on depend pass or tourist visa.
