Most expensive because of COE leading to high prices for cars, expensive public housing, high rentals.

In essence, the high costs so dreaded by companies are not wages; but others. Our government keeps telling us that high wages will result in companies being driven away, how about we look at other costs first?

High rental charged by Temasek monopolised property companies means higher market prices.
Congested road transport system resulting in high road use charges: COE, ERP, road tax etc adds to final market prices.
