Lodged as part of rejuvenated R&D cluster Geneo in Singapore's greater one-north zone, Citadines Science Park Singapore officially unveiled 1 February 2024 - the sustainable aparthotel (blueprinted by London-based Serie + Multiply Architects) taking impetus from neoclassical greenhouse elements, hence smart occupancy sensors, pale wood furnishings, literally "greened" fixtures together with ceiling-to-floor tropical murals seen caparisoning all its 250 living quarters (seven configurations available across three categories comprising studio, one-bedroom and loft). Staying guests will also be privy to eco-friendly bath essentials courtesy of Vitamin Spa, Elkay filtered water dispensers (installed on every residential floor) among other things.
