The chef poured hot food and soup into a plastic sieve. Could the National Environment Agency and the Agri-Food And Veterinary Authority state the measures in place to ensure food safety compliance in places the public cannot see, such as restaurant kitchens?'

Depends on the type of pails. There are those that do not melt until 120 C but some become funny by 80C.

Raffles Hotel got no standard. Cleanliness is not their forte.

I have seen how they would hang their roasted duck and suckling pig. It is suspended from a rack close to the floor.

Their food fish tanks in the Chinese main kitchen are not well maintain. Lots of dead seafood and foaming.

You had been drinking water in the SAF from Jerry cans made of plastic, water filled from rubber hose, and sometimes they get the water from MT line. Little wonder, NS IS KILLING SINGAPORE!.
