hokkien is such lovely lively dialect!

we should hang our gahmen for banning dialects especially hokkien and this is why......

A Hokkien couple from Penang arrived at US immigration......
The Officer asked "do u have fever?", turning to the man.
The husband kept quiet as he speaks no English.
The officer asked again in a loud voice - "DO U HAVE FEVER?"
The irritated wife shouted back in hokkien...
" E BO LA!" (HE DOES NOT HAVE)....
All hell broke loose....!!!!

the paps would exploit this dialect - and others - only during their erection period. other than that, they do not dare to demand that such dialects should be re-instated in our tv programs. oh! how i miss those canto serials like shanghai bund and etc swordfighting series spoken in cantonese hk styled. :(
