【on.cc東網專訊】今晚(11日)9時許，一輛961線雙層九巴，由屯門山景邨開往灣仔會議展覽中心，當時沿中環干諾道中東行，至交易廣場巴士總站對開，車長發現巴士底部突然冒煙及起火，立即將車駛至慢線停下，並疏散全車7名乘客離開，同時通知公司及報警求助。
據悉，當車長及乘客落車後，巴士火勢迅速蔓延，未幾全車陷入火海，更傳出多次爆炸聲，並波及從交易廣場通往恒生銀行總行的行人天橋。期間，消防員接報趕至，出動一隊煙帽隊及開動一條喉灌救，約20分鐘後將火救熄，初步無人受傷。
肇事巴士燒至剩低車架，上層車架被燒至扭曲變形，僅遺下座椅支架，而遭波及的行人天橋橋身被濃煙熏黑，橋底被燒出一個約5米乘10米的破洞，露出鋼結構支架，消防員需要不斷向橋底射水降溫，以防死灰復燃。由於行人天橋結構恐怕受損，需要暫時封閉通知有關部門檢查。
受火警影響，現場一段干諾道中往灣仔方向需全線封閉，受影響巴士路線須改道行駛，現時上址交通繁忙，運輸署呼籲駕駛人士考慮改用其他道路。

事發晚上9時左右，一輛由屯門開往灣仔的961線九巴沿中環干諾道中往灣仔方向行駛，駛至怡和大廈對出時巴士車底突然冒煙，車長立即安排乘客落車逃生。
消防正調查原因，事件中無人受傷。

港島薄扶林數碼港對開海面，今早(11日)11時許，一艘遊艇的船艙突然起火，船上兩名男子立即報警求助，並由途經的船隻救起。由於火勢蔓延迅速，遊艇隨即陷入火海，火勢猛烈。水警及消防輪趕至救援，並且開喉救火，至中午12時03分將火救熄。期間遊艇冒出大量濃煙，遠處也清晰可見。
兩名獲救事主因吸入濃煙不適，由水警輪送返碼頭後，再由救護車送院。至於起火原因仍有待調查。

[on.cc East Network News] Tonight (11th) at 9 o'clock, a 961 line double-decker KMB, from Tuen Mun Mountain Village to Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre, then along the Central Connaught Road Central, to The bus terminal at the Exchange Square was off. The bus captain found that the bottom of the bus suddenly smoked and caught fire. He immediately drove the car to the slow line and stopped the evacuation of seven passengers. He also informed the company and called for help.
It is reported that when the bus captain and passengers got off the bus, the bus fire spread rapidly. Not only did the whole car fall into the sea of fire, but also many explosions and the footbridge from the Exchange Square to the head office of Hang Seng Bank. During the period, the firefighters received the report and dispatched a team of breathing apparatus and started a throat to save the fire. After about 20 minutes, the fire was put out and no one was injured.
