反對《逃犯條例》修訂引起的示威衝擊不斷，亂局至今未止，其中「搞事四人幫」包括壹傳媒黎智英（漢奸黎）、外號「李漢奸」的民主黨創黨主席李柱銘、被稱為「民主阿婆」的前政務司司長陳方安生、天主教區榮休主教陳日君昨晚再度飯局密會，在場還有公民黨主席梁家傑、立法會議員譚文豪、民主黨前主席李永達、何俊仁，黎的助手Mark Simon和一名外籍男士亦為座上客，至少十人在這敏感時刻密會，情況耐人尋味，疑又密謀攪局。
中環餐廳會面 罕有非在黎宅
密會罕有地不在黎位於何文田的寓所舉行，而在中環歷山大廈二樓一間意大利餐廳，黎於晚上六時左右離開寓所，約於六時二十五分到達餐廳，其他人亦陸續到達餐廳，眾人並沒有包房設宴，僅在餐廳內隨處可見的地方聚會，歷時近兩小時。

到晚上約八時二十分，梁家傑率先離開，黎智英、李柱銘、何俊仁、李永達亦跟隨其後，其中黎於雪廠街登上座駕離開，其餘三人則往遮打道離開。至晚上約八時半，陳方安生、陳日君、譚文豪循歷山大廈後門載貨升降機離開，被問到對近日連串示威的看法時，陳方安生稱：「已經講晒，冇嘢講。」她先送陳日君登上一輛壹傳媒私家車，其後陳方安生和譚文豪分別坐的士離開。至於Mark Simon和一名身穿白西裝的外籍男士，則於晚上近九時二十分才登上的士離開。

翻查資料，「搞事四人幫」中黎智英、李柱銘及陳方安生早前已頻頻到外國「唱衰香港」，多次行程均與反修例有關，並不斷促外國「出手」關注香港情況，已多次遭各界怒轟，內地官媒更一度點名批評黎智英及李柱銘，直斥《蘋果日報》是「毒蘋果」，形容黎是「暴力行動的策劃者、組織者、參與者」，亦是「典型的現代漢奸」同「漢奸的代表者」。
不過，更甚是眾人懶理外界批評，繼續密會攪局，鑑於近日多項反修例示威衝擊不斷升級，不單次數變得頻密，武力程度亦持續上升，情況一次比一次混亂，影響全港各區市民的安全，而網民明日又發起大罷工，迫使政府讓步，黎等人在大罷工前夕密會，未知是否商討示威行動。
黎寓所外遭貼標語 罵賣國賊
至於罕有地更改密會地點，可參考早前有網民發起到黎的何文田寓所外設置「連儂牆」行動，不斷在牆外貼上「漢奸」、「賣國賊」等標語，甚至有人炮轟黎是「英美走狗」，創辦《蘋果日報》是「為咗搞事」，更有父親專程帶同子女前來認識「漢奸」，批評黎破壞香港穩定，教壞年輕人，未知黎是次改到中環餐廳密會是否與寓所被「踩場」、擔心在客人前出醜有關。

中央日前指香港內外的「反中亂港」勢力，幕後慫恿、支持激進暴力分子，更點名批評美國副總統彭斯和國務卿蓬佩奧接見壹傳媒黎智英，並警告「玩火者必自焚」。內地官媒昨日發表文章，質疑美國國家民主基金會（National Endowment for Democracy，NED）是亂港幕後黑手，更指黎智英及李柱銘等人與該會關係密切。
多年資助佔中等事件逾八千萬
報道指，NED號稱是私人非牟利組織，但資金來源主要是美國國會的撥款；其表面宗旨是支持海外民主運動，實則是助力「顏色革命」。香港回歸後，NED開始打着人權旗號，投入大量資金，擴大在港的影響力，且金額愈來愈高，尤其是二○一四年佔中事件發生後；據內地官媒統計，這些年來NED共資助了約一千零六十四萬美元（約八千二百三十萬港元）。
NED亦被指經黎智英資助了佔中事件，金額達數千萬元。報道又點名批評黎智英與西方裏應外合，抹黑中國，並煽動年輕人搞事。報道又指，自香港掀起反修例浪潮後，李柱銘今年五月曾赴美與美國國務卿蓬佩奧會面，亦在當地出席NED的研討會，與美國人討論修例問題。
官媒指，NED雖然是非政府組織，但其已故始創人之一溫斯坦（Allen Weinstein）曾說過，該會所做的事就是數十年前中情局所做的事，在非政府組織的外表下，進行美國政府想做但又不能公開的事，故此被形容為「第二中情局」，其在港活動也成為其整體對華戰略的重要組成部分。
修逃犯例礙美英在港情報工作
官媒亦指，從一九九四年至今，NED持續資助在港活動，也疑似滲透香港一些大學，與佔中事件的骨幹青年成員密切來往。
官媒又質疑，NED大力在港推動反修例，主要是希望香港繼續成為「逃犯天堂」。報道指，香港的法律不支持引渡到內地，美英在港針對中國搞情報工作非常安全。只是一旦修例，香港就不再是逃犯天堂，這顯然觸動了美英的利益。
此外，官媒發表社評指，香港一些激進分子以反修例為名持續製造暴力事件，外部勢力干預是香港社會之禍。
社評又批評美國等一些西方國家卻選擇性失明，顛倒黑白、混淆是非，還安排高級官員會見「反中亂港」頭面人物，為違法行為撐腰打氣，破壞香港繁榮穩定和安全，同時赤裸裸地展示了雙重標準，即在本國發生的暴力才叫暴力，在其他國家和地區發生的暴力，卻是人權和自由問題。

The Central Government recently pointed out that the "anti-China chaos" forces inside and outside Hong Kong, behind the scenes, supported the radical violent elements, and even criticized the US Vice President Peng Si and Secretary of State Pompeo for receiving the media Li Zhiying and warning that "the fire will be self-immolated" .
