Because the health care minister is concerned that there is INSUFFICIENT beds for Hongkongers, and that large number of PRCs mothers rushing to HK to give birth will jack up medical fees to an extend unfordable for the locals. They are restricting and monitoring against PRC mothers' bold efforts to give birth in HK hospitals.

Singaporean PAP govt is STRONGLY doing the OPPOSITE of this, welcoming foreigners to produce babies to become SG FT citizens!:oIo:

They caused insufficient bed in our own hospitals as foreigners are using them.

That caused our medical fees to be Unfordable.
