【星島日報報道】通緝犯李亮前日在瑪麗醫院病房爬天花越柙，潛逃36小時後，昨晚在灣仔一家五星級酒店外被捕。據悉李亮大有來頭，他是劍橋大學醫學士和劍橋大學神經生理學博士，本身搞生殖醫學，身家豐厚，是香港上市公司中國環保科技(0646)持股超過19%的主要股東。
有報道引述消息人士透露，有人在內地有超過一個身份，2015年6月8日，他用「李俐樺」名字的內地證件來港，向美國領事館申請赴美簽證，被揭發使用假證，美領館報警，疑人被捕。同年6月23日，案件在東區裁判法院提堂，審訊期間，「李俐樺」獲准以逾百萬元現金保釋，但其後棄巨額保金，潛逃往中美洲多明尼加，「李俐樺」因棄保潛逃被通緝。有人膽大包天，之後再用真名證件來港。
案情可謂曲折離奇，由2016年至今，「李亮」再度入境香港，還活躍股壇，由於「李亮」是真實身份，出入境一直未受質疑。李亮本身經營搞生殖醫學生意，幫不育客戶生孩子，生意做得很大，在內地、亞太區以至美國等地都有分店。
李亮去年1月，以1.75億元向上市公司中國環科出售太平洋生殖醫學中心40%股權，收購代價由中國環科以每股0.27元發行6.5億股新股支付。李亮因而持有中國環科17.8%股權，成為公司第二大股東，中國環科第一大股東許中平的持股量在交易後由42.1%降至34.6%。李亮後來在中國環科的持股逐步增至19%以上。
網媒《巴士的報》引述消息人士指，李亮多次以自己原有身份來港都無問題，但今次來港時，應有知情者向警方報料，警方才知道李亮涉嫌是通緝犯「李俐樺」，所以將李亮拘捕，才發生李亮在瑪麗醫院潛逃事件。
周五(16日)早上9時許，李亮在瑪麗醫院廁所拆下假天花逃走。當日中國環科股價由上日收市的0.102元，大插至當日收市的0.052元，大跌49%，當日有4.22億股份轉手，成交金額2360萬元。以當日成交股份計，佔公司總股數11.6%。

警方指，翻查閉路電視發現該名逃犯離開醫院後，坐的士到灣仔一帶與兩名男子在一間酒店會合，其中一人在機場企圖離境時被捕。

昨日於瑪麗醫院借尿遁、拆除假天花逃走的男疑犯被捕。今（17日）晚上，警方於灣仔發現該名男疑犯，並立即將其拘捕。同時，警方亦拘捕兩名涉嫌協助男疑犯逃走的人士。警方透露，利用天眼發現逃犯李亮的行蹤，他乘的士前往灣仔，並於酒店會合兩名男子。逃脫期間，李亮換了衣服，下榻在其他人幫他預約的酒店。

西區重案組高級督察曾憲釗稱，警方於昨日及今日拘捕三名中國籍男子，其中一名為昨日於瑪麗醫院逃脫的男疑犯李亮，而另外兩名男子則涉嫌協助他人逃離合法羈留。

曾憲釗表示，昨日李亮逃走後，警方透過天眼發現李亮登上一架的士在灣仔一帶落車，並前往一間酒店。警方追查發現李亮與另外兩名中國籍男子在某酒店會合，而李亮在逃離期間有更換衣服，及有人助他預約酒店。警方經調查，鎖定了兩名協助李亮的男子身份，而昨日晚上其中一名協助疑犯的男子於機場企圖離港被捕。
截查時疑犯作強烈掙扎 兩警員受輕傷
警方於李亮下榻的酒店埋伏，今日晚上8時許，於酒店附近發現李亮及另一男子的蹤跡，並上前截查，豈料兩人轉身逃跑，作出強烈掙扎，警方最後成功將兩人拘捕。警方仍調查李亮的逃走是否有佈署，及何時聯絡兩名協助逃走的男子。兩名警員於追捕期間受輕傷，經治理已無大礙。
據悉，逃犯李亮患有愛滋病。逃走期間下榻灣仔一間五星級酒店。
另一協助李亮的男子亦被捕。

Li Liang, the suspect who fled during the detention at Queen Mary Hospital the previous day, was arrested by police in Wan Chai last night. He was temporarily charged with a crime of fleeing legal detention. The police also arrested two people and suspected to assist Li Liang.
