港大民意研究計劃舉辦的特首選舉全民投票，懷疑受黑客入侵，網上投票及手機應用程式全線癱瘓，投票活動會延長至明天，加多半天或更多，詳情稍後公布。
總監鍾庭耀表示，正盡力搶修，15個票站中，有11個票站可繼續用電子投票，但不穩定，決定未能運作電子投票時，會採用紙張投票，市民可把選票放在寫上身份證號碼的白信封，可自備選票及信封，只要在紙張清楚顯示選項。
全民投票系統今早7時許開始出現不尋常的入侵，由於已封鎖境外網站進入系統，估計攻擊來自本地。昨天有兩名研究計劃職員的電子郵件帳號的密碼被竄改。
