特首候選人何俊仁呼籲市民參加「民間全民投票選特首計劃」時投白票，另擔憂投票受高科技干擾。

何俊仁今早稱市民應積極參加港大民意研究計劃主辦的「民間全民投票選特首計劃」，指這是唯一直接表達意見的機會，呼籲投「白票」，以抗議小圈子選舉不公平，剝奪數百萬港人的投票權利。

「民間全民投票選特首計劃」以電子方式投票，何俊仁認為有可能受到干擾，因為不用投票人親身參加和確認身分，要留意會否受到其他人的高科技干擾，但相信主辦單位已計算在內。

對於星期日的特首選舉投票，何俊仁拒絕再估計結果，只希望有權投票的選委按自己意志，不受脅迫和干擾，以及配合市民期望的情況下投票。他個人希望選舉出現「流選」，之後有一個相對較市民接受的人當選，但他坦言心目中沒有這個人選。

對於梁振英表示願意參加2017普選行政長官選舉，何俊仁批評梁振英自私，只關心自己參選權，沒理會普羅市民有公平的參選及投票權，他指曾數次要求梁振英承諾一旦當選，撤消對參選特首和投票的限制，但梁都沒有承諾。
