He has provided consulting in recruitment sourcing techniques and interview strategies for corporate recruiters and recruitment consultants from recruitment agencies. Most recently, Steven was the Head of Talent Acquisition Asia Pacific at 3M Inc. rule number 1:avoid sinkies at all cost:all sinkies are balless and losers and should be treated like lepers!!!!

rule number 2:should u be forced to interact with a sinkie......use ur best possible Business english and chao ni ma accent and shake ur head from side to side like a retard till the sinkie shakes his head and move on....
