It is astonishing that year after year til now still got kumlan kumgong newbie entrepreneurs want to set up retail shops thinking that they can fulfil their dreams of owning a business without realizing that the business model, intent and agenda in REIT malls landlords has already evolved into a pwning and bleeding every single retail tenant til they are totally dry before scamming new victim entrants again, rise and repeat LOL. These REIT landlords knew that there will never be a shortage of wealthy families who are willing to part with monies to give to their pampered spoilt children to help them fulfil their 'dreams' of becoming their own boss to set up retail shops LOL.
This toxic cycle has already started decades ago from famous riches to rags stories like the One.99 shop saga (for those old enough to remember), to the infamous Ministry of Food ranjiao nonsense and yet people still never learn their lessons LMAO.
