HDB resale --willing-seller-willing-buyer ! So-called PM can say like that ?

Of course if ah beng and ah lian agents say—willing-seller-willing-buyer for HDB resale ,then no choice, becos they earn commission , even if they need to con they will do it .

Housing agent is like soft-rice job, this is a side-effect of greedy govt.

But if the so-called sinkapore PM says –willing-buyer-willing-seller for HDB resale, then something is wrong with the mentality.

If he says this, then he must tell Mahpok tan to build many new HDB flats ready for sporns to choose.
Like late AH TEH…….he did his job quite well……many ready new flats to choose.
No new flats to choose,somemore say willing-parties problem---- is as if like telling people you fuck off if you got no money for COV.

But now even the new flats have to wait wait wait….until leg grow roots…..somemore have to fight over with new sporns ! No garantee have you know.

Sinkapore is so sick oredi……..and the stupid voters still continue to enjoy the bondage.

Agree with LHL forb 1st time . Willing buyer and seller(no one force buyer to pay COV).
But I thing that LHL never think off is too less HDB being built in last 5 year. Now HDB need to built at least 10K unit (4room) each year for next 5 year.
