Why all these funny tales ?

Do they actually mean GE is coming , so the HDB resale price is not inflated, still affordable ?

People should test the ground themselves !

Try calling what AMK queen and Bedok queen, and these agents will tell you off if you believe COV is now at 5 k !

COV already named under willing buyers and willing sellers----so which nincompoop will believe Resale price cooling off ? HDB baboons are not controlling the COV, so you think fools will sell HDB palace for just 5k for COV.

hard for COV to drop, I still know alot of PRs who are waiting to buy flats... if the stock market continues to trend up, they will throw in the towel at some point and pay the $25k COV.
