Among the government owned companies ,HDB is the least problematic and most comfortable position

because one need to show losses than profits , at least to fool the public and its a captive market of total monopoly ..,absolutely no competition at all

whereas in the case of NOL ,you need to compete internationally and more opportunity present itself to expose your stupidity and incompetency
