Not too sure why the school cannot open one long table and place on it several microwave ovens for food brought in by students to be heated up, and also a couple of fridges for students to store their food to be heated up later...such a solution would cost less than 5k, the canteen vendors can continue to operate, food poisoning issues go back to the person who bought or brought the food and lastly no need for exclusive tenders (media showed only SATS sampling menu but what about the other vendors who submitted the tender? Was SATS the cheapest or provided the best value?)
