I still remember being a customer when they were not yet famous. That was an amazing experience.

Everything became shit when it got its Michelin fame. It was more interested in opening multiple restaurants and outlets. I believe even Thailand has them, I saw at least one Hawker Chan restaurant in Pattaya.
