The standard of their food has dropped so much over the years, and the attitude of the staff sucks. They can close shop for all I care.

What did I say? Give them a bit of Michelin fame, and quality goes down, price goes up, and they're just content on going auto-pilot using their newly found fame.

I still remember being a customer when they were not yet famous. That was an amazing experience.

Everything became shit when it got its Michelin fame. It was more interested in opening multiple restaurants and outlets. I believe even Thailand has them, I saw at least one Hawker Chan restaurant in Pattaya.
