costs about $1.5 billion that's $1500 million

in comparison a low tech, run of the mill aframax container ( I know iran turkey egypt indon or pakis haven't got ability to build anything bigger) costs $50-60 million

they can't build anything more sophisticated

Have to admit that South Asia has pretty low IQ. However, the top 1% are able to stand shoulder to shoulder with the best .. just ask Microsoft CEO, Google CEO, etc ...

Having said that, in the forseeable future South Asia will not be able to progress as a whole except for some individuals. I cannot find a reason that they are able to progress.

As long as long your IQ is high enough, population size does not matter. E.g. Finland, Denmark, Iceland .... with population of less than 10 million. USA is a superpower for a reason, high IQ + huge population.

Low IQ + huge population = disaster. Unless you have huge natural resources.
Just look at Indonesia, Africa, South Asia etc.

Step forward is to admit your short comings ... then followed by solutions ...

ceca alone counts for bulk (over 75%) of south asia in almost everything. area, population, economy, military, sci/tech publications etc.

top 1% of any country is supposed to be higher IQ it means nothing

having said that, it's fair to say the best parts, regions, cities, neighbourhoods of ceca virus are still at least 30 to 50 years behind the best regions of the world

it seems top 1% ceca also not good enough on their own.
