I am sure after factoring in the agency costs, the levies and what nots, the FT cannot be cheaper than hiring locals. But why this unabated bringing in of FTs and the refusal to increase the pays for locals of such jobs? Simply it's because in S'pore locals do not pay kopi lui when getting hired for any jobs. Now need I say more?
