Has script for President been sent to him, regarding Hougang results?

Since he was the one who declared the Hougang seat vacant (as 'advised' by the PM), is he aware that the election was held last Saturday and that the results are out? As a President of the people, I am sure Png is waiting anxiously that his President is informed of his success in Hougang?
