1. Raise housing rental to foreigners...govt ask them to come...stay hotel 81 SGD 120 per night. Why should we rent out our 'pigeon' at less than hotel 81 rates? I m raising my HDB flat rental to SGD 120 x 30 days = min. SGD 3600 a mth.
