thanks, but that's a horrible looking turkey. mine will be evenly browned with a buttery rosemary and thyme glaze. 15lb, free range, natural, organic with no hormones, fresh from the farm. it is currently sitting in a 5 gal pot going thru' the brining process. 1 cup kosher salt, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, tablespoon peppercorn, 1/4 cup sliced ginger, 1 orange squeezed and quartered, 1 gallon water, 1 gallon vege stock for the brine.
