Yunnan is one of the most beautiful provinces in China. Why restrict yourself to Muslim food and Muslim enclaves there. Just take 3 weeks off and do a driving tour with a guide and drive from peaks of Shangri-la in the north to rainforests of Xishuangbana in the south.
