Customers with unused packages go CASE sue Ah Tiong win liao take plane fly to Tiongkok find that Ah Tiong and get money back sibo? lol.....
If Singaporean, sign 3 years contract with landlord and then 6 months business cannot tong liao, wait for landlord to sue you until your pants drop for not honouring the contract if you don't compensate the landlord with 2.5 years of rent.... cannot pay declare bankrupt....
