Although there were some shortage of such doctors (during around 2013) now no shortage.
There is a GREAT DIFF medics vs doctors, difference qualification background training, different capacity. 120 got BOTH Medics & Doctors inside ambulance. Doctors are allowed to do surgery & procedure that medics are not allowed to do and can inject prescription medication to save live before ambulance reached hospital. The PRC 120 doctors some time do blood transfusion at site of accident to patients still trapped inside over-turned vehicles. Otherwise after firemen extricated the patient could already be a corpse no chance to rescue any more.
Now further with 5G mobile networks, the 120 PRC ambulance doctor can be visually connected to specialist medical expert to instruct treatments, even at site where patient is still trapped or within ambulance. Chance of survival is maximum.
