Guess the race: Woman wounded, police seen combing Little India area

An Indian woman is believed to have been stabbed in the Race Course Road area on Oct 18, 2014.

An Indian woman suffered a cut to her abdomen in Little India last night.

The New Paper understands that she may have been stabbed and that a family member may be involved.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force said it received a call about the incident which took place at Block 48, Race Course Road, at 11.10pm.

The woman is believed to be in her 30s.

She was conscious when an ambulance took her to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

A reader who called the TNP Hotline said he saw a "woman covered in blood" and police combing the area.

Heard the authorities are planning on building a permanent ambulance shaped building in little india so it will be easy for any poodles in the vicinity to take cover when needed.
