【明報專訊】賭場林立的澳門，揭發有內地騙徒於酒店內設「假賭場」的詐騙案。一個專門以內地豪賭客為目標的老千集團，涉嫌租用不同酒店的豪華套房，偽裝成賭場貴賓廳，由同黨假扮荷官、賭客等角色，再在賭客飲品落藥進行「老千」賭局，有賭客被騙輸逾千萬元。澳門司警前日根據線報，突擊掩至路氹城一間大型賭場的目標房間搜查，當場拘捕16男女，並檢獲近億元不同賭場偽造籌碼及大批賭具等證物。
初步調查，老千集團由2010年開始活躍至今，估計先後租用過澳門4間不同賭場酒店套房及19次犯案，每次騙取內地豪賭客由數百萬元至逾千萬元不等，不排除涉及總詐騙金額逾億元。
被捕16人（13男3女），年齡由26歲至60歲，當中46歲黃姓順德籍內地男子及42歲關姓澳門無業男子，相信為老千集團主腦人物，其餘14名男女同黨大部分來自順德，職業分別為農民及工人等；各人分別涉詐騙、欺詐性賭博、販毒、收容等罪名被移交檢察院處理，正追緝一名涉案在逃的主腦人物。
據悉，這個老千集團的犯案手法，先是定期租用不同賭場酒店的商務套房或總統套房，然後暗中將不同賭具運入，將房間佈置成賭場貴賓廳的模樣，同黨則分別扮演保安員、公關、賭客及荷官等不同角色。
另一方面，有同黨負責在內地物色豪客招待到澳門旅遊，同黨先會帶事主參觀各大賭場，然後便帶事主到賭場酒店的「貴賓會總統套房」耍樂，房內同黨早已「各就各位」，為求逼真，假扮保安同黨持金屬探測器為「進場」事主進行安檢。

在上述層層圈套下，同黨更預先準備一副已知牌序的「有料牌局」，集團最初會讓事主有贏有輸，待其賭至興起時便由假扮公關的同黨，送上落了冰毒或藍精靈一類毒品的飲料，在事主開始意識模糊之際，出千令事主輸錢。
消息稱，上月澳門司警接獲舉報後，跟蹤監視多名目標人物，至12日（周日）凌晨2時，司警突擊搜查目標房間，拘捕16人，並檢獲兩張賭枱、監控裝置、路紙、洗牌機，面值7000多萬元假籌碼，以及小量冰毒和藍精靈等，當時疑眾人只是在「綵排」，未有「真賭客」在場。司警其後在被捕一名澳門人的東望洋住所內，再檢獲約2000多萬假籌碼及查獲一名逾期逗留者。
