We were bombarded with this kind of video during Brazilian prison riots.one gang butchered the other,.total mayhem.
Of course, they will send this video to loved ones or gang members. It could be a innocent relative.

There used to be a website Bestgore.com where such gory videos and photos were uploaded on a daily basis. Sadly, it was blocked by our Sinkie authorities. Another one was Rotten.com which was taken down totally.
