30 percent commission is a rip-off!

Taxi drivers should pool together to provide the delivery service to the restaurants. Restaurants can drop a note in their delivery to advise customers to order direct and get a discount, by passing Grab.

Better tapao the food yourself. You never know if some disgruntled worker adds special ingredients to your food, or steals your shoes.

Another one of those 'you need an app for this to get through life' social phenomena.

These merchants complain for fuck? Did anyone force them to sign with Grab? They can feel free to maintain their own fleet of deliveryman.

One question. If the commission is 30%. Why cant the restaurant mark up their prices by 30% for app orders?

The picture also fails to state food vendors profit margin is about 20 to 30%. On average
