All Singaporeans have a reasonable command of English. I got A1 for English. i'm sure there r many A1s and As for GP people too. We ought to be grateful to LKY for his visionary approach that shaped policy on education. He wanted bilingualism and this gave us Singaporeans a huge advantage in every aspect of our professional and personal lives. We can get PRC and Taiwanese girls easily. HEHE
