That just means insurance is not a professional industry at all. If have to door knock, cold call, etc its just low product value hard sell. Accountants, lawyers, doctors, even tradies don't hard sell. Professional industries do not use such 1950s tactics
Don't ever buy insurance from people you don't know. They manipulate the form esp the health part. Even if you tell them that you have certain issues, they will say it's minor and "we" can leave that out.all they care abt is their commission.
Better buy from friends you know or relative close to you.
If a doctor had to hardsell to earn a living. He is better off taking a long walk off a short pierWho says so?
Doctors are not allowed to hard sell. If they try they will be disciplined by the professional body.
So it has less to do with high or low end product. It is licensing and what is allowed and what is not allowed.
I bet you if it is allowed some doctors will go knocking on doors.
