1. just watched some clip featuring the unsafe thing on one of the rehearsals some saturday nite.
2. where scores of local school children literally rehearsed their performances along the busy roads in chinatown.
3. there were no traffic police nor the roads were closed.
4. biz as usual, putting those children's lives at total risk!
